ABOUT THE ARTIST
L’ homme de la Renaissance—Jason Michele Trippel consistently receives high acclaim for his sharp eye for excellent composition & his mastery of light. Growing up in the arts for 29 years of his life, he partook in the renaissance innovations of some of the finest premiere photography, art & design, liberal arts, & film / video educational institutions in the world. As an educated and seasoned lifelong fine artist, he utilizes mesmerizing angles when capturing images of almost anything at which he aims his lenses. Furthermore, his studio, cinematographic, & theatrical lighting experience, along with 14 years of intense experience on 200+ film / video & theater productions as a photographer, designer, filmmaker, manager, coordinator, director, & producer has earned him the insightful ability & instinct to use dynamic creativity & versatility when painting with light— affectively motivating marketing profitability.
He “goes into labor” on narratives, documentaries, commercials, soap operas, and music videos. His photo-cinematography, art production designs, & management ingenuity have earned his clients critical acclaim and greatly-increased profits, by providing impacting images for affective advertising of companies’ products and services. Often he has been hired to significantly increase the total production value of projects. His self-produced short film Ali-oop won the 2003 Pilsen East Film Festival, & a Merit Award from The After Hours Film Society. He reigns at a 33% rate of award in consideration of all the festivals wherein he competed, thus far.
Around The Coyote proudly showcased his photographs in 2003. Chicagoland galleries & art showcases also premiere his innovations. Over the past 12 years, Jason has shared the honor of serving as the Lighting Director & as the Director of Photography for many films, TV shows, commercials, & music videos premiering in theaters & TVs around the world!
